1. Reservations Policy

- Reservations are handled directly by Zu Vacations. One of our agents will contact you via email or phone to complete the reservation process.

2. Fees

- Values related to taxes and administrative fees are already included at the end of the purchase on Zu Vacation website.

3. Change and Cancellation Policy

- In case of cancellation or changes the following fees apply:

7 days before 25% of the reservation amount.

48 hours before 50% of the reservation amount.

Less than 48 hours 100% of the reservation amount.

- In case of no-show, the voucher will be considered as used without a refund.

4. Minors

Free accommodations for children 0-3.99 years old

- Extra kids more than 4 years old, not included in plan, pay an additional amount to be included in this offer. Need to confirm availability and prices directly with ZuVacations.

5. Good to know

- The package is not valid for travel agents, airline employees, hotel employees or groups.

- The package is not valid for executives who are traveling with company-paid vacation.

- It could be used, maximum, for 1 couple. Not valid for groups.

.- Noncumulative package. You can not purchase 2 vouchers to extend the stay.

- The hotel in this package must be the first destination of the trip in Dominican Republic.

General Qualifications:

1. No debit cards, not check cards or corporate cards will be accepted.

2- At least one of the guest must have a valid credit card in the name of the guest at the time of checking into a Hotel or else will not be allowed to check into that hotel.

3- All prospects must attend a sales presentation and orientation of the hotel loyalty program lasting at least 90 minutes (the "Presentation")

4- All guest must present a valid passport and/or other government issued photo identification.

5. Guests must be legally married or living together for more than 3 years. At time of check in must present valid government issued photo identification with matching addresses. One spouse must be between the ages of 34-70 years old.

Ineligible Individuals: The following persons shall not be qualified Prospects under any condition:

6- Individuals who own real estate ( full ownership property interests) in any city in which a Resort is located. .

7- Individuals who work in the following industries; hospitality, military, travel agency, time share related and airlines employees.
